How would you like to learn about labor and delivery in the comfort of your own home, saving you valuable time and energy? Why be one of twenty couples when you can have one on one personal attention?
There is no need to feel shy about asking questions due to the private setting and personal approach.
Babybee Basics classes can be helpful for busy parents-to-be who are unable to give up an entire weekend or ten weeknights of their time, but who are interested in preparing themselves for this special event. I will tailor classes to fit your needs and time limitations by meeting in your home and highlighting what is important to you. I will even be fighting the traffic so you don't have to! I am also available on short notice if necessary.
These classes are also ideal for moms on bed rest who may not be able to get to a group class that meets every week. I will come to you and pull up a chair! We can hold classes in your bedroom or living room.
Refresher classes are available for parents who already have a child and need an update. This takes half the time and we can work on what you would like to focus on.
Baby care classes are held in your home before your baby arrives and will help you to know what to expect when you get home. For example, practicing bathing a life-like baby doll in your own kitchen sink will help you know what to expect when you have to do it on your own.
If you are expecting twins (or more!) we will factor this into our discussions.
If you have special support people that you would like to have at your birth they can be part of the sessions as well. Or, if Grandma needs an update on baby care, invite her on over too!
