I am a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas. As such I am qualified to teach you what I know. I am not a certified educator but I think I have more experience with what I teach, compared to someone who has never worked as a labor and delivery/mother baby nurse in the hospital.Are you a Lactation Consultant?
I can support you with breastfeeding and make sure that you and your baby are getting what you need. I will be able to spot trouble if there is any and refer you to your MD or a Lactation Consultant.Why are classes scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance of my due date?
Some babies come earlier than expected and I want you to be prepared.
